Join Spotlight Puppet Ministry as they prepare for their 16th annual entry in the QC Arts Festival of Trees Parade in Downtown Davenport. Festival of Trees Parade is a much-anticipated kick off the holiday season for the Quad Cities area, and we'll be there to put the spotlight on Jesus!
