About this Event

Join the award-winning team at the UK's leading school for hospitality and culinary arts. During your time with us, you will have a hands-on experience, preparing fresh pasta, sauces and tastings, spending time in the chocolate lab to finish dipped petit four chocolates, practice your piping skills and learn how to cut and identify classic vegetable cuts.

The focus will be on Level 1-3 course elements and therefore is aimed at school leavers.
