Please join our coach Greg Cameron and Annabelle Buttery, founder of AB Performance Nutrition and Co-founder of Fuel & Flow Co, as they facilitate 2 excellent sports nutrition workshops. Annabelle is an Accredited Sports Nutritionist, Exercise Scientist and Strength and Conditioning Coach.
There will be 2 sessions, the Junior session is for 10-18year old athletes, and runs from 11am -12pm, and the second session runs from 12:30 to 1:30 and is aimed at 18-22year olds.
Both sessions run at Fitworld Health and Fitness, 226 North East Road Klemzig. There is some on-site parking available.
The discussion will revolve around eating for daily nutrition and fuelling for and during competition, which is a topic Greg is always asked a lot of questions about. There will also be take home material for the athletes and families.
The cost for the session will be $40 per athlete/family (which includes 2 parents and 1 athlete). There will be a limit of 20 athletes that can attend, so I am giving my clubs the first chance to book a place.
