The Injury Clinic is hosting a FREE event to discuss the management of acute sporting injuries on Wednesday the 31st of July.
Come along and listen to our clinicians discuss:
- Acute injury management,
- When to engage with a physio (and what you can do to avoid seeing one!),
- What makes injuries more/less likely,
- How we can optimise and reduce recovery times,
- Training modifications,
- Long term management to make sure you don’t get injured again.
