Sports Experiential Day in partnership with ITE Central

Returning with even more excitement, this year’s Sports Experiential Day draws inspiration from the internationally recognised HYROX, bringing to Our Tampines Hub the KidsRox Challenge! Children aged 7 to 12 years old can try their hand at HYROX-style fitness challenges, such as the infamous sled pull and an adapted Obstacle Run Team Relay. Designed to grow participants’ physical confidence and teach teamwork, this activity is definitely not to be missed!
