The menu will include: marinated eggplant, pickled vegetables, Korean carrot salad (we're told it's a thing in Armenia), eggplant rolls, zhingyalov hats (a greens-stuffed flatbread), ajarian khachapuri (another flatbread with cheese and egg), jarko (a chicken-and-potato stew), and an array of kebabs. The ticket price is inclusive of tax, gratuity, and Eventbrite's service fee but not of beverages. Spork & Compass does not profit from its events.
