Spooky TWERKNSWEAT

Get ready to pop off with some spooky vibes and twerk fitness that’ll have you sweating in style!

Join Chloe + Melissa for a high-energy TwerkNSweat class on Friday, October 23 at Lifetime Target Center!

This 21+ event is for the babes, the baddies, and anyone ready to move, vibe, and celebrate. Expect a follow-along dance fitness experience set to high-energy music—you’ll be shaking, sweating, and turning up in a fun, supportive space.

✨ Theme: Costume Party✨
Costumes encouraged! Think unapologetic main character vibes...come dressed to shine. Skip the tight leggings and think baggy pants or short shorts...you gotta be able to MOVE :)

All levels are welcome. Just come ready to move, let loose, and have a good time.
