Learn the art of cookie decorating with Patti from Confectionery Perfections! Come join me at Alchemy Wine Bar in Hamburg NY for this fun introduction level class into the basics of sugar cookie decorating! Learn everything you need to get started in this sweet art form!
In this 2 hour class, we'll cover basic techniques for sugar cookie decorating, such as wet on wet technique and detail line piping! We will also do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and cover the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you'll need is provided at class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile.
Spooky Season has arrived!! Let’s learn some cool techniques and decorate 6 cookies with 4 bags of icing! You'll leave class with a great understanding of the basics tricks of royal icing!
