Spooky State House is back for 2025! Visit the Rhode Island State House on Thursday, October 23 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. to trick or treat with Rhode Island's elected officials. Celebrate Halloween with costumes, candy, and crafts! Kids of all ages are welcome!We encourage attendees to bring canned goods and other non-perishable donations to contribute to RI Food Bank. Attendees who contribute will be entered into a raffle!
