Spring Break #1 in October was a scream - #2 will be dead better. Join us for a high-spirited Halloween edition of Johannesburg’s newest monthly rooftop series where beats meet boos and the dress code is unapologetically extra. Expect low morals, nice people, and some truly wicked razzle-dazzle under the stars.
So grab your broom summon your boo and get a little witchy. On Saturday 1 November Spooky Spring Break haunts The Troyeville Hotel rooftop from 7 PM to 2 AM - seven hours of throaty cackles gorgeous ghouls a life-restoring menu and reserved tables that won’t cost an arm and a leg (no séances please).
Presented by Picnic we’re invoking a seriously fun time: electrifying tunes lightning-fast bar service a cursed photobooth to snatch your soul and holographic ghosts floating above the dance floor. Be warned: arrive costume-less and you may be banished to the face-painting corner.
The DJ lineup features resident fiends PSI and PMProgressions plus a surprise selector who puts the “boo” in boogie. Nervous about drinking and brooming? We’ve conjured discounted Uber rides to and from the hotel - skip parking dodge the buzzkill and glide home like a classy ghost. Prefer a Fright (Over)night instead? Downstairs room packages are available to keep the bumps going through the night.
