Spooky Pumpkin Trail
Date: Saturday, October 24
Time: 5-8 PM
Location: Mineral Springs Park
Description: The Spooky Pumpkin Trail is a community favorite Halloween event! Come dressed in your best Halloween costume and walk the luminated trail filled with your community's best jack-o-lanterns, painted and decorated pumpkins. at the conclusion of the trail, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a hot beverage and snacks while keeping warm and socializing around a campfire. After you complete the trail, take a moment to vote for your favorite pumpkins!
Free pumpkins are available at the West Hills Social Commons for you and your family to carve. All pumpkins turned in at the Social Commons will be brought to the event by City Staff
Option 1: Pick up pumpkins and return completed carved/painted pumpkins to the Social Commons no later than Thursday October 22nd.
Option 2: Come carve a pumpkin with provided pumpkins and carving materials at the Social Commons Tuesday October 20th or Thursday October 22nd from 4pm-7pm for free!
Option 3: Purchase and decorate your own pumpkin and drop off at the event between 4:00-4:30pm
Pumpkins are eligible to be painted and carved. Only register if you are interested in submitting a pumpkin the day of (option 3). If you are only interested in walking the trail, no registration is needed.
We will provide every pumpkin with a LED light.
Participants should park in the Brooktree Golf Course parking lot and enter the trail from there. the trail will take you through the spooky pumpkin trail and ending in Mineral Springs Park.
Please register only if you plan to bring a decorated pumpkin to be displayed at the trail. Registration is Free
