TABLESCAPE RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Design a tablescape with the theme of your choice.

2. Each vendor will be assigned a farmhouse table. Exact dimensions and a

picture will be provided upon registration

3. Plain white dishes, clear glassware napkins and silver utensils will be

provided. If you prefer to provide any of these items, we will need to be

notified upon registration.

4. No open flame, glitter, or adhesive in contact with tables or chairs at any

time.

5. Load in for materials will be:

2:00pm-3:00pm | Tablescape teams can arrive with materials and begin

preparing

3:30pm-5:30pm | Start Competition, should easily complete in the cocktail hour

time frame with time left to mingle with vendors

7:30pm-8:00pm | People’s choice voting (via phone app), winners announced
