HawkSoft User Group (HUG) invites YOU, our valued partner, to support our 4th Annual HUG National Conference! We had well over 400 agents attend in 2019. HawkSoft is one of the fastest growing agency management system vendors in the nation. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet with your customers and potential customers face-to-face.
The 2021 HawkSoft User Group National Conference will be taking place April 7-9, at the newly renovated Town & Country hotel in sunny San Diego. We are reaching out to you to ask for your sponsorship of this event. We know that you are planning your 2020-2021 budgets and hope that you will include our event in this planning.
Attendees for this meeting are Independent Insurance Agencies in the region, who utilize HawkSoft in their offices. HawkSoft CMS system changes with every release. Part of the meeting will focus on the new features and the improvements that have taken place in from 2019 to 2021, especially the most recent releases.

$350 - IF YOU ARE A SPONSOR (spending $2000+), AND WOULD LIKE TO BRING AN ADDITIONAL REP, YOU CAN PURCHASE THEM A TICKET FOR $350 (if you're not already registered to exhibit/sponsor the conference, your ticket will be cancelled and returned). Thank you!
NOTE: 2 tickets are included in the $2000-2500 price, 3 tickets are included in the $5,000 price.

There is a block of rooms reserved for our event at a discounted price. Must book rooms by March 5, 2021 to guarantee the rate, or until the hotel is sold out (which has happened the last 2 years).
