Splits Workshop with Julia Izquierdo

Have you dreamt of uncovering your body’s natural flexibility and unlocking your full splits, or Hanumanasana pose? Whether you are working towards this pose, or just want to increase your flexibility, this workshop is for all levels.

We will begin with dynamic stretching and a creative vinyasa flow to warm up and lubricate the joints, so we can move smoothly and safely. We will also implement a series of mobility and active flexibility drills targeting our hamstrings and hips, followed by passive stretches to explore your body’s full range of motion, eventually working towards the full splits.
