Artist registration opening soon!About Splash Week: An annual arts event held in downtown Elizabeth City, Splash is North Carolina’s only city-wide retreat for visual artists, welcoming novice and professionals alike.
With the beautiful river view, exciting downtown businesses, and historical architecture, it’s the perfect scenario for a peaceful week of creating, as inspiration is everywhere. During Splash Week artists from near and far come together and spend the week sharing ideas, making friends, making new work, networking, and more.
While this is an artist retreat, Splash Week wouldn’t be the same without the energy brought by community onlookers! In the AOA Madrin Studio and around downtown, you are likely to see photography, fiber arts, watercolor art, plein air painting, pottery, jewelry-making, and more.
