SPLASH INTO WATERCOLOR
Dive headfirst into the mesmerizing world of watercolors with our 2.5-hour foundational course, designed for beginners. Instructor Diane Rowen guides you through the rainbow of hues, teaching you the art of mixing and applying pigments to paper. As you journey further, you'll discover the unique purposes of different paintbrushes and how to use them to craft vibrant leaves, trees, and geometric shapes. Cost is $50.00 per person (discount for two or more registering together, $45.00 per person, or $90.00 for two)

Watercolors one set per person
Watercolor paper
Paint palette
White and gold gouache
Variety of paintbrushes: a few brushes will be offered for purchase, but participants may use (borrow) the brushes provided by the instructor
Paper towels and sponges
Pencils and miscellaneous mixed media materials
Masking tape
Portfolio paper
A class list for each participant with all materials indexed and suggested local stores to purchase from.
Advanced payment is required to reserve your spot in the class. You can pay at the gallery or by phone at (509-413-910).
