Spirituality Across the Curriculum

This one‑day course equips teachers, leaders and collective worship leads in primary and secondary settings with the insight and confidence to embed spirituality across the curriculum. You will encounter a variety of practical approaches ready to adapt and apply within your own school.

This practical, focused course, will give you the tools to embed spirituality across the curriculum.

Participants will:

· Consider their current shared understanding of spirituality and consider the impact so far

· Discuss and share ideas of different approaches used to embed spirituality within their school

· Examine the difference between candid spiritual opportunities and planned for opportunities

· Review and evaluate various resources to support planning for spirituality

· Be asked to bring along a subject curriculum map in order to plan for spiritual moments

· Partake in practical activities that can be taken back to the classroom
