Nepal’s capital city Kathmandu sits in a valley surrounded by the Himalayan mountains and is home to hundreds of thousands of temples.Rooted in Buddhism, Hinduism and Tantrism, Kathmandu’s culture spans many religions and is said to be the “abode of the God’s”.It is one of the oldest cities and has been the centre of Nepal’s history, art, culture and economy.

🌄Pokhara, Nepal
Famous for its breathtaking beauty and pristine air, Pokhara is a city on Phewa Lake with the stunning backdrop of the Annapura Range.Once an important trade route between India and Tibet, it is the starting point for treks into the Annapura Himalaya.It is where we will stay before our adventure into the Himalayas.

Considered to be sacred and mystical, many spiritualists, seekers, yogi’s and sages seek pilgrimage through the Himalayan mountains to ascertain enlightenment. It is noted to be a powerful place where many important spiritual and religious teachers have attained their spiritual awareness.
