Are you feeling overwhelmed by the pace and entensity of our changing world? Does watching the news make you feel depresed, confused, and concerned for the future? Maybe you don't even watch the news anymore. If you are someone who is sensitive to the heaviness of your surrounding and oftenimes prefer being alone because you are sensitive to the suffering of others, you are not crazy and you are not along. You are a highly evolved, sensitive empath who is 'tuned in.'
Deeply compassionate beings are older souls whose energies are finely attuned. Your heightened sensitivity is not a flaw or something going wrong. It is a gift and a profound strength that needs a little guidance. The tricky part is knowing how to work with your sensitivity so that it isn't debilitation, negative, interfering, and draining to you.
You will learn how to think heartfully and act skillfully.
For this in-person workshop, Amy will help you build a practical foundation of spiritual resilience. She will explain our planet's global challenges' greater purpose and how to relate to these changing times from the old soul perspective. She'll share tools and guide you in a healing experience to help you manage your sensitivities so that you can navigate today's uncertain times with wisdom, strength, and empathy.

Meet Amy
Amy LaLicata is the founder of RainbowLight Creations in 2005, bringing messages of Hope, Love and Healing through its services, products, live events and media projects to entertain, inspire and uplift us as individuals, families, communities and world.
Since childhood, Amy has experienced an innate sensitivity and intuitive connection to the spiritual realm. At the age of 18, she contracted a life-threatening illness, lying on what was to be her deathbed, when an angel appeared to her mother who conveyed to her, "Worry no longer, Amy will be just fine." The following morning, Amy miraculously began recovering from her illness.
Today, she is a spiritual healer, teacher and mentor who, through her studies in metaphysics, the healing arts, and her own life experiences, joyfully shares the wisdom she gained. She has a knack for explaining abstract spiritual principles in practical down-to-earth terms,. She is here to help people navigate their life heartfully, skillfully and spiritually. She reminds us that throughout our life, including in times of challenges and hardships, it is our attitudes, choices, and how we 'relate' to our life experiences that governs our spiritual growth. She reminds us that Hope opens a doorway to infinite opportunities, that we are supported by the spiritual realm, and WE ALL ARE LOVED MORE THAN WE KNOW!
As a healing practitioner, Amy has helped people heal from cancer, tumors, migraine headaches, kidney stones, grief, depression and more.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
PLEASE ARRIVE 15 minutes early for CHECK-IN
WE ASK THAT YOU BRING:
1. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a sweater (hotels tend to be chilly).
2. Pad of paper and pen to take notes if you wish.
SPECIAL NOTES:
1. This 2-hour event includes a 10-minute break; light snacks will be available.
2. As a courtesy please don't wear perfume or cologne the day of the event (deodorant is okay!).
3. Video or audio recording devices are NOT permitted.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
The minimum age limit of attendees is 15 years, and they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who is also attending class. The ticket must be purchased by parent/guardian. ID is not required at the door.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No. Another person may not attend in your place.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Your paper ticket is kindly accepted, but not required.
What is the refund policy?
Payments, unless noted otherwise on the RLC website calendar event description (such as The Basics of Healing events, which are non-refundable), if I pre-paid and need to cancel a pre-scheduled training class or other event, I understand that a 48-hour advance notice, by phone to the RLC. office at (480) 820-2026, is required. If I give more than 48-hours notice, I will receive a full refund, minus the Eventbrite service fee. If I give less than a 48-hour notice, I will not be refunded.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
No. The person who registered must attend.
