Spiritual Life Center Presents: Light the World Honors The Women of SLC

JOIN US FOR A SPECIAL EVENING HONORING WOMEN OF SLC

This year, our Light the World Honors Awards Ceremony segment of our Annual Gala and will be held as a separate event at the California Museum located at 10th or O Street in downtown Sacramento on Saturday, August 13th.

We invite you to join us for this ticketed event from 5 - 8:30 p.m. at the California Museum where you will be able to enjoy a self guided tour of the Women of California Exhibit before or after our Light the World Honors Awards Ceremony hosted by Heather Estay in the theater where we will honor select Women of Spiritual Life Center.

Registration Check In / Self-Guided Tour of Women of California Exhibit /Cold Appetizers: Caprese Skewers and Shrimp Filo Cup / Non-Alcoholic Beverages

6:00 to 7:00 PM. LIGHT THE WORLD HONORS WOMEN OF SLC PROGRAM

Light the World Honors Awards Program with Host Heather Estay (In Theater)

There will be an honorable mention of three SLC programs championed by women: Community Giving (Sally Scion), Interfaith Explorers (Rachel Lyman), and Music Ministry (Paula Mandella).

We will also be inducting the Lavender Lights (Kerry Freeman) as a 2022 Program inductee and three other SLC Women (Jan Adrian Founder of Healing Journeys, Ann Roach Vocalist & Therapuetic Musician, and Carol Van Bruggen Co-Founder of Africa Hope Fund) will inducted for their individual lifetime achievements.

The program will conclude with a Special Tribute to Reverend Faith Moran, Co-Founder of Spiritual Life Center who championed Interfaith, Youth & Family, and Women’s Ministries.

TICKET PRICE: The Light the World Honors is the second of our trilogy of events in our Summer of Fun Fundraisers to help fund SLC's Mission to Transform Lives as we Love, Serve, and Remember.

General Admission Ticket Price: $45

DISCOUNT TICKETS: SLC provides discounted tickets for our events to include as many of our SLC family and friends as possible. There are two levels of discount ticket prices being offered for this event. Please pay what you can. Alternative Love Offering Discount Ticket Price: $25
