Spiritual, intuitive and psychic development is a huge subject and encompasses a wide range of topics and theories - many of which are never 'exact' as not scientifically based - but intrinsically woven between energies of the spiritual and metaphysical.These new monthly groups will focus on key skills, core subjects and will help you discover where your natural abilities lie.
Each event will be informative and I will guide you enabling you to gain confidence, experience and a safe space to experiment and nurture your natural spiritual skills helping you along a journey of self-discovery.
This first group will be focused upon (for the main) spiritual protection. What energies you can invoke, sigils that can be used, herbs and plants and creating your own protective talismans.
In order to set the tone of energy, the session will begin with a brief meditation, but also to call forwards your spirit guide/s as they too are part of your spiritual protective tribe!!
The day will begin at 10am and will begin with herbal teas and just getting to know one-another, followed by guided meditation.
Then there will be activities through until 1pm when we will break for lunch until 2pm. This will be a 'sharing' lunch so will ask everyone to bring along an item of food... nothing extravagant - but spiritual work is hungry work too 😊
When we reconvene, we will then continue with more activities until around 3.30pm when I will then look to bringing to a close and allowing time for everyone to reflect on the day's events and what has been learned.
