Class 1 (May 9th):

- Somatic practices to deepen your relationship to self.

- Shamanic practices to align with nature.

- Exploring themes of belonging and reciprocity.

Class 2 (May 17th):

- Creating sacred space and ceremony.

- Engaging in community as an embodied practice.

About Jenifer and SpiritPath Wellness:

Jenifer dedicates her life to exploring the pathways of healing, curiosity, and awareness. Her mission is to facilitate spiritual growth, foster personal empowerment, and connect individuals to the broader divine network in which we all exist.

She has a diverse and comprehensive skill set in holistic and alternative healing practices. As a Licensed Bodyworker, Reiki Master, Shamanic Practitioner, and Advanced Level Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, she offers services that address physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being. She teaches trauma informed workshops focused on the felt sense of experience and life. Additionally, she facilitates classes for Shamanic Skills and Practices which offer connection to relationships with animate forces and the natural world.

Jenifer is committed to living a life that reflects beauty and equilibrium, both personally and in her practice. She is a perpetual student. She believes ceremony and ritual are vital to healing and living, and endeavors to create opportunities to be in sacred time for all people and community members.
