SPIRITS & BITES

They are calling this elegant and exclusive. There are18 spirits distillers pouring 70+ different drinks. We are selling a maximum of 200 tickets per session. All sessions are two hours. $140 includes all drinks and all food. Small sample pours are included over the 2 hour tasting session.

There are only 20 of these single use tickets. Buy it, hold it and at the last minute you can use this ticket for any one session on any day even if the session is sold out.

Spirits & Bites re-imagines the traditional festival, offering an exclusive setting where guests can savour continuously roving canapés while discovering premium spirits from Australia and around the world. This is not just an event - it’s an experience tailored for connoisseurs, serious buyers and those wishing to learn more about spirits.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Sydney’s iconic harbour, Spirits & Bites is in Manjit's Restaurant in the Barangroo Precinct. All food and drinks are included in the price of the ticket. Small sample pours are included over the 3 hour tasting session. Bottles are available for take home purchases in your free designer carry bag. Purchase bottles directly from the distillers. Dress: a little bit fancy.

Lark Single Malt Whisky; Prohibition Liquor Gin; 7000 Island Drinks Ube Liqueur; Hickson House Gin; Italian Pisco; Ester Negroni; Husk Rum, Ouzeous and Hugo Vodka served with a bump of Caviar with every bottle purchased.

Tempura garlic prawns, mini samosas, chicken and beef skewers, freshly made naan bread and dips, lamb kababs, mini arancini, seafood cocktail cups, mini pork dumplings, sesame prawn toast.

Long Rays tonic or soda will be continuously available as mixers and maybe you'd like a Schibello Coffee for the trip home?
