Our next Spirited Improv Group begins January 13, 2026. This 5-week series meets at Homewood event center in Montford each Tuesday from 12-2pm. (You can miss 2 sessions and still sign up.) If you have friends that would love to know about this, click “Invite” so they can check it out!
This is not traditional comedy improv. Imagine Spirited Improv as a playground of the heart, where creative improvisation meets radical acceptance of the human experience, collective healing, and conscious community.
It's part expressive arts and part heart-opening growth. Spirited Improv offers a warm, playful space to move, dance, sing, act, and experiment without judgment.
These experiences invoke belly laughter and move you to tears, inviting you to trust the unknown, shed old fears, and show up more fully as yourself.
