Alcohol has long been used as a remedy for pain, plague, heartbreak, and everything in between. Join the Charlotte Museum of History at Lost Worlds Brewing for a look into the medicinal uses of alcohol throughout history.This one-hour event includes:
-A short round of trivia on historic health “cures”
-A brief talk by the brewers at Lost Worlds
-A special highlight from the Museum’s collections
-A presentation by Education and Engagement Manager, Mea Agazio
-Time for audience questions and mingling
Drinks are not included in the ticket price, but Lost Worlds’ full tap list will be available for purchase. Proceeds from ticket sales support the Charlotte Museum of History and its public programs.
