Step into the sacred space of remembrance as we explore the foundational practices of shamanism. This gentle, one-day introduction offers a deep dive into the world of the shamanic journey—an ancient way of shifting consciousness to receive wisdom, healing, and guidance from the spirit world.
Together, we’ll explore the core principles of shamanism, learn about sacred tools and allies, and experience our first guided journeys. You’ll be introduced to the three-world framework—Upper, Middle, and Lower—and begin mapping the spirit landscape in ways that are safe, respectful, and empowering.

• Learn how to begin the practice of journeying
• Explore the spirit world and its sacred geography
