Spirit of Savasana

As the flicker of candlelight dances off the castle walls, you’ll be guided through a mindful sequence of breath and movement designed to awaken your body, quiet your mind, and connect you to the energy that lingers in this storied space. The practice will end in a deeply grounding savasana — a moment to rest, release, and maybe even feel the whispers of the past around you.

• Two sessions available: 5–6 PM or 7–8 PM
• Only 12 spots per class
• Bring your yoga mat, water, and wear comfortable clothes you can move in
• Arrive up to 15 minutes early to settle in
• Street parking available; enter through the front door

Open to all levels, including beginners.
Come move, breathe, and surrender to the Spirit of Savasana.
