It's a Spirit based Kundalini Yoga, Meditation & Sound Healing Experience.Together, we explore ourselves in a safe, hands-free space (no physical touching or adjustments) as we deeply connect with our breath, our imagination, our will, our bodies, our minds, and our hearts.

Each 75 minute class is suitable for ALL ages, ALL bodies and ALL levels of experience. Beginners + 1st timers welcome. No registration required. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. The rest will be provided. $15 via Cash or Venmo.
