Spirit Doll Workshop

Come create your own spirit doll as a reflection of self. A part of yourself you want to discover. A quality you want more of. The loss or grief you are carrying. The version of you that got through something, and the progress that makes you proud of who you are now. The doll does not do the work for you; making her is how you do it. People have made doll figures for exactly these reasons for a very long time, in almost every culture there has been.
Making your spirit doll is an individualized experience. Whereas part of making your spirit doll is intuitive and guided, with the
other part being focused & intentionally planned. As you create your doll, you’ll journey into a space of self-love, self
expression and healing.
Reflecting on your intention will also be part of the process. You may notice by allowing your intention to manifest, it may come
naturally. It’s the sub-conscious inspiring you to go beyond what you might not be consciously aware of.
What are you asking yourself in the process of making your doll? Are you asking for healing, acceptance or wanting to create
who you are with your many facets in your self-expression. A mirror, so to speak, reflecting back of who you are; your dreams,
ambitions, loves, healings, triumphs, and beliefs.
Going through the process will automatically help you shape your creation. You will follow your own wisdom and learn how to
trust your instincts as to what is inside waiting to be released.
