https://skillsandeducationgroupawards.co.uk/accredited-dog-trainer-course-case-study/The fully accredited dog training qualification is a blended learning qualification and on successful completion will entitle learners to use the Spirit Dog Training Logo and use the title Spirit Dog Trainer, Specialist in Holistic Dog Training.
This is open to external candidates as well as those who want to be involved in the ECLS organisation.
*450 hours of practical handling is required, this can be completed prior to delivery or during delivery (but within a 6 month period). This can be carried out by dog walking, doggy daycare, veterinary assistant etc.
* 2 full classroom days of academic learning (20/22 April Southend College 9am - 4pm)
* 1 full day in person dog handling - dogs supplied - 3rd June - Hill Farm East Hanningfield 9am - 3pm)
* 1 full day class and teaching practice with dogs and handlers 10th June - Hill Farm East Hanningfield 9am-3pm)
* Your Assessment date will be agreed ongoing with Emma
* Course Hand In day 13th July Southend College 9am - 1pm
The above dates must be attended
In addition to this you will also be required to carry out 5 external home visit case studies (supplied by you - help can be given)
Portfolio Work
Full cost is £750 and payments can be split into 3 x monthly payments.
