During this 90 minute conscious dance jam, Todd Glacy (aka MC BhavaVibe) will lead us on a celebratory journey of awakening, awareness, embodiment and creative expression as we allow our minds to relax, our hearts to open and our bodies to be moved by the energy of inspiration (spirit) as we immerse ourselves in the cosmic flow of creation that is The Dance of LlFE (Love In Full Expression).
Spirit Dance is intended as a Welcoming, Safe, Conscious and Sacred practice. To help facilitate that experience for everyone we ask that you abide by the following guidelines:
* Please arrive on time.
* Conversation-free dance floor.
* No street footwear on the dance floor. Socks, barefoot, or indoor-only footwear please.
* Respect self, others and the dance space. (Please note this is not a space for contact improvisation practice)
* No drugs or alcohol
* Ritual costuming encouraged!
* Be kind
* Have FUN
