Join me June 19th at 7pm for a spirit animal drum journey meditation in my yurt! This meditation will include breathwork designed to release stress and put you into a dream like space, followed by a body scan meditation and a musical journey to meet your spirit animal. Afterwards we will take time to journal and share our experiences if desired, as well as diving into the meanings. I’ve been working with spirit animals for close to a decade now. It’s been so helpful for guidance in my everyday life. I’m looking forward to taking you on this relaxing musical journey! This is limited to 10 people. Suggested sliding scale donation $20-$30.
