Spiral Monthly Women’s CircleA multi-generational gathering for women of all ages and stages of life.
Inspired by the wheel of the year, weaving together embodied movement, breath, sound and stillness into a nourishing web of connection and belonging. A space where women of all stages of life circle to remember ourselves and the deep medicine of simply being together. We tend the cyclical thresholds of our natural world that mirror the mysteries of a woman’s wheel of life. All facets of your being are welcome and needed as we come together in the practice of re-villaging. Join us!
Please wear clothing you feel comfortable to move in and bring a yoga mat, pen and journal.

April 21st EMERGE
The energetics of spring invite us to emerge from our wintering nests and inward focus to begin again. What are you seeding this spring? What do you want to plant in the garden of your being for this spiral along the wheel of the year? This month we will work with the ripening energy of spring, and tend to the ground of our being as we water the seeds of our intentions. We will lean into the practices of setting intentions, yoga nidra, movement and a sharing circle.
