🎃 Spiral Freeruns Adults Halloween Jam 🎃

After all the jams, sessions, slams and breakthroughs, it’s time to say goodbye to Spiral HQ, and we’re not going quietly.
Join us for one last Adults Community Jam at the gym that built so much of our community. Come move, catch up with old faces, hit the lines you’ve been saving, and help us give this place the send-off it deserves.
📅 Sunday 1st November 2026
⏰ [TIME]
📍 Store 4, Harpur Centre, Bedford, MK40 1TP
🎟️ Book in now (free): www.spiralfreerun.com
💛 It’s completely free to book, but any donations on the day would mean a lot. Every bit helps us towards moving into our new premises.
Whether you’ve been with us since day one or only made it down once, this one’s for you. Bring your energy, bring your mates, and let’s make the last session at HQ one to remember.
This isn’t the end of Spiral, just the end of this chapter. 🖤💛
