This class introduces the Spinning Babies approach in a simple, empowering and parent-centered manner. We will practice Daily Essential activities and The Three Balances to be utilized at-home during your pregnancy and in childbirth. To better aid in birth, we will also review anatomy and levels of the pelvis to match positions to open each level. You will leave empowered to find movement in your pregnancy and birth for comfort and ease! This session is geared towards pregnant individuals who are 20+ weeks and 1 partner.
