Welcome to the Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Class! Get ready to learn techniques and exercises to help you have a smoother and more comfortable birth experience. This in-person event will take place on Fourth Tuesdays at 12:00 PM at Child & Family Resources. Join us for a fun and informative session to prepare for the arrival of your little one. Don't miss out on this opportunity to empower yourself for birth!

Class appropriate for 20+ weeks pregnant

Please bring your own Yoga/Birth ball if you have one (we will check for proper sizing)

Active class: Please wear comfortable clothing.
