Spinning Babies® Birth Class- October 5, 2024

Join us for the Valley's ONLY Spinning Babies® Parent Class! This birth class is fun, informative, and leaves you feeling confident about birth.

During birthing, your baby rotates while passing through the three levels of the pelvis. We'll discuss simple, daily techniques that invite balance to your pelvis and its ligaments, giving more room for your baby to navigate the pelvis as they journey to meet you.

These techniques are simple, relaxing, and can be done everyday to add comfort in pregnancy and birthing.

In this class, birthers and partners will learn hands-on techniques that lengthen and restore balance to the pelvis, allowing more comfort in both pregnancy and labor.

F or expectant parents of all constellations who are at least 16 weeks along in their pregnancy.
