This class is designed for the pregnant person and support person to attend together as some of the techniques that will be taught require support. Class size is limited to 4 couples to allow space and personal instruction.Investment:

The Spinning Babies® Parent Class shows you what to do for an easier birth with practical birth preparation, baby positioning to fit the pelvis and reduce discomfort in pregnancy and childbirth. If practiced daily, a more efficient birth is likely.
The Parent Class shows you:
-Body balancing activities for pregnancy and labor.
-Tips for flipping breech or transverse babies in pregnancy
-Positions to engage baby in early labor or an induction to shorten labor and avoid surgery.
-Overcome a posterior or transverse arrest of labor
