Join us for a transformative, evidence-based training that teaches a physiological approach to birth through understanding balance, fetal positioning, and the biomechanics of labor.

• Hands-on skills you can immediately apply in practice

Midwives, doulas, nurses, childbirth educators, bodyworkers, prenatal yoga instructors, and birth professionals.

Yoga mat, pillow, sheet, and comfortable clothing
