Are you interested in learning how to spin with a drop spindle? Are you fascinated by the connection between magic and fiber craft? Do you want to hear Rowan joik? Join Rowan Janiszewski (they/them) for a drop spindle 101 lesson, as well as a discussion on the entangled nature of magic and the world of fiber arts in the Old Norse world view and modern Heathenry today. Spindles and wool will be provided, but if you want to buy your own, there are many great drop spindle kits that can be found online or at local fiber craft fairs.
