This refreshing service combines the benefits of gentle Polarity Exercises followed by an invigorating Spinal Ice Bath + Sound Healing!

This unique spin on Hydrotherapy is specifically designed to target the Central Nervous System and the nerves that originate from the spine. Whether you are in Fight/Flight/Freeze or Rest/Digest, this modality will reboot your nervous system which in turn makes it easier for your body to regulate after being in a state of activation. The soothing frequencies of various instruments will be used during the Spinal Ice Bath to enhance the benefits and leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, stress-free, and in a state of BLISS!

WHAT TO BRING

The Healing Tree Collective has all props, you are welcome to bring anything else you feel is needed for your comfort.

WOMEN: Please wear a bra that has a clasp in the back or a bathing suit top that can be untied. You will want to be wearing something easy to undo and put back on for the Spinal Ice Bath.

ARRIVAL

Doors open at 7:15 and lock at 7:35– Please arrive 10-15 minutes early (@7:15) to allow for parking, use of the restroom (which is outside of the building), and getting settled.
