I am very excited to announce that we are bringing Spinal Energetics group events to the island!This transformative modality blends Eastern philosophy, neuroscience, and somatic awareness to help release stored tension, emotions, and energy. Through gentle or off-body touch, sound and attuned presence, we work with your spine and nervous system's field to encourage deep shifts.
