Discover an immersive healing experience with Spinal Energetics in intimate small group. Accompanied by a thoughtfully curated playlist and various sound instruments, this journey will guide you inward, helping you reconnect with your body's wisdom while releasing tension and trapped energy. Explore a new state of mind, strengthen your mind-body connection, and enhance your clarity, wholeness, and vitality. Join us as we embrace the journey of self-discovery, healing, and connection.


What to expect:

This 105-minute session is crafted to guide you toward profound inner exploration and holistic rejuvenation. We will begin with an introduction to Spinal Energetics, followed by a guided breath and body awareness exercise to center your mind and body in preparation for the energetic and sound journey ahead. To close the session, we will have a short group sharing, allowing participants to reflect on their experiences and insights together, fostering a sense of community and collective growth.

Our session features a variety of sound instruments, including Alchemy Crystal Bowls, Drum, Crystal Lyre, Chimes or other supporting Sound instruments, each carefully selected for its unique ability to harmonize your body and mind.

To elevate this experience, a thoughtfully curated playlist complements the live instruments, weaving layers of ambiance that deepen your meditative journey. This fusion of sounds creates a powerful environment for healing and transformation.

As we gather with shared intentions for healing and wellness, our combined energies amplify the energetic field and create a powerful, concentrated, energetic directive that can significantly impact the healing outcome.

A group setting can widen and change our perspectives through shared emotional and energetic experiences and by showing empathy and support to each other. Through this collective effervescence, we find unity, solace, and validation, knowing our journeys are shared. This sense of connection and belonging fosters healing on both personal and communal levels. How to register:

Book through Eventbrite, leave a comment or DM for the link.

To avoid the Eventbrite booking fee, you can book and pay directly with Wendy or Cindy.

Spaces are limited to a maximum of 8 pax and a minimum of 5 to run.


How to prepare for the session:

-Wear loose, light-colored clothing for comfort and ease of movement.

- Mats and cushions will be provided, but for hygiene and added comfort, feel free to bring personal items like a yoga towel, eye mask, or shawl.

- A water bottle is also recommended for hydration.

- Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and other stimulants for at least 6 hours before and after the session, and refrain from eating heavy meals beforehand.

- Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to get settled.

- Before purchasing your ticket, please review the contraindications list to ensure none of the conditions apply to you.


Contraindications:

Your safety and well-being are our top priority. Due to the potentially cathartic nature of this work, we regret that we cannot admit individuals with the following conditions.

  • Pregnancy: The first and final trimester of pregnancy or during six months postpartum
  • Children under 12- Elderly persons over the age of 75
  • Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
  • Currently taking heavy Medic*tion that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
  • Recent physical injuries, fractures, and/or surgeries
  • Epilepsy- History or diagnosis of aneurysms
  • Cardiovascular problems
  • History of seizures- Severe Asthma
  • Heart disease or conditions
  • Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past three years
  • Any other medical, psychiatric, or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and emotional release
