Program: Girls (middle and high school) and their moms will enjoy fellowship, snacks, and an engaging presentation on body literacy—understanding the body’s God-designed functions, sensations, and monthly cycle. We’ll cover cycle phases, signs of a healthy cycle, and normal changes throughout the month. Discussion: Participants will then join age-based discussion groups led by trained Insight Women’s Center mentors.
Expert Panel: We’ll finish with an expert Q&A panel featuring an IWC nurse, a mom/grandma who has raised several daughters, and a college student offering real-life insight.
Throughout the morning, we’ll anchor everything in God’s Word and His design for our “fearfully and wonderfully made” bodies.
