November, December, and January host a large amount of religious (and pagan) special days. For some, it's a time of celebration and connection. 
For some, it's a time of stress, grief, and overwhelm. For all, it's a time to take intentional and excellent care of ourselves. Join us in this workshop designed to support all people in nurturing flow through this time of the year. Let's explore digestible and practical tools specific to Time, Expectations, and Access (think boundaries and compassion) so you can create the experience you want in this season. 
$15 - willing to offer sliding scale and scholarship
Facilitator: Colette is the creator and guide of the T.E.A. framework. She's clinically trained, intuition powered, and spirit led as she support others in connecting with what is truth. She's been practicing and facilitating using trauma-informed and holistic healing practices for over 10 years.
