It is almost time to Spill The Tea 2027. Applications will be available beginning September 14, 2026, on our website at chapinlibrary.org and at the library front desk. Space is limited, and authors will be chosen by a panel of judges. Open to all authors living in South Carolina. Books should be no more than 3 years old. See application for all qualifications. This is an all-day event. Application deadline is October 31, 2026.
