Rose Wilk-Mullis -Sales & Events Lead at Mission Kitchen
Rose Wilk-Mullis is the Sales & Events Lead at Mission Kitchen, she works with a diverse group of food entrepreneurs, many of whom are driving innovation in the food industry.
With previous experience working for community food halls like Pop Brixton, Peckham Levels & Hackney Bridge.
She brings a wealth of knowledge about how street food can serve as a platform for cultural expression, community building, and sustainable business practices.
Jess Warden, Membership Manager, KERB
Jess has been immersed in London's food and drink scene over the past five years, having worked at Brewdog, Truman Brewery and KERB.
As Membership Manager at KERB, she works closely with and champions hundreds of London's most brilliant independent food businesses at lunch markets, events and of course, Seven Dials Market.
In January 2024, Jess worked on KERB's first-ever women-only incubator cohort - an industry-leading programme that has mentored and accelerated the growth of dozens of independent food businesses.
Jess will share her perspective on London's food scene - including the opportunities and challenges facing many of the brilliant women-owned businesses she's worked with.
Tieyan Co-founder of Jollof Mama
Tieyan is co-founder of Jollof Mama established in 2016 due to the lack of representation at the time in street food.
She and husband Sam wanted to see more diversity and inclusion of African food in mainstream locations, festivals and events, with their mission being to make good Nigerian food accessible in high footfall and central locations across London and the UK.
The Jollof Mama brand has become one of the leading African Street food brands in London and have worked and collaborated with brands such as YouTube, Snapchat and Taste Uk. They have collaborated on a campaign with Just Eat for Business for BAME businesses and have featured in Time Out, Buzzfeed the Sunday times and also appeared on ITV’s V Festival and the Lateish show with Mo Gilligan.
