It's recommended that you can hold a plank and sit into a squat. Expect to sweat, dance, pound the ground, laugh, and feel inspired by our sisters in class. It's not about how well you hold the poses, but how much fun you have dancing in them. If you get offended by cuss words, rap music, and heavy beats - this may not be the class for you.
