Consciousness, Confidence & Creative Authenticity Workshop
 Sunday, 30 August 2026
 11:00am
 Victoria Park Community Centre
How often do we wait until we're struggling before we start learning about our mental health and wellbeing?
S.P.I.C.E.S. For Life invites you to an introductory workshop exploring consciousness, confidence, identity, resilience and the many influences that can shape how we think, feel and connect with the world around us.
Facilitated by behavioural specialist Veronica, the session draws on her academic background in Cognitive Neuroscience, Health Psychology, and Social & Developmental Psychology, together with extensive community-based and lived experience.
The workshop introduces a biopsychosocial approach to wellbeing, while also opening conversation around spiritual and soulful nourishment and the role these can play in our individual sense of wellbeing and identity.
 During the workshop, you'll explore:
• The 7 Powers of Consciousness – drawing on the development of a child's consciousness
• Social Engineering, Consumption & Identity
• Confidence & Creative Identity
• Creative embodiment learning, selected according to participant interest
This is an opportunity to expand your knowledge, explore different perspectives and develop greater awareness of the factors that can influence your wellbeing and identity.
Mental health knowledge shouldn't only become available when someone reaches crisis. Building understanding, resilience and wellbeing skills earlier can help us better navigate life's challenges.
Participants are encouraged to complete the pre-workshop sign-up information so Veronica can better understand the needs and interests of the group and curate the session accordingly.
Limited places available – secure your ticket to join us.
Presented by S.P.I.C.E.S. For Life at Victoria Park Community Centre – your community home away from home.
