SPICE Dance Class January 2025

SPICE is a self-empowerment, versatile, beginner/intermediate choreography dance class focusing on delayering your insecurities, learning musicality, & expanding your movement capabilities in your body. Come bring some ZEST to your WEEK!

Class will be from 715-830 PM, 75 minutes* -book now spots are LIMITED! *Eventbrite wouldnt let me put 715 start time ;)

All bodies and dance experience welcomed! Please dress ready to move your body & bring your own water! SPICE is a safe space to connect with your body and new people!
